Уровнемер работает по принципу измерения времени прохождения импульса от излучателя до поверхности измеряемой среды и обратно. Диапазон измерения зависит от типа антенны и диэлектрической проницаемости среды
Волноводный радарный уровнемер Level Touch M применяется для непрерывного измерения уровня жидкостей и сыпучих сред с погрешностью от ±3 мм. Уровнемер работает по принципу измерения времени прохождения импульса вдоль волновода до поверхности измеряемой среды и обратно.
Магнитострикционный поплавковый уровнемер LevelTouch F применяется для непрерывного измерения уровня чистой жидкости с погрешностью от ±1 мм. Уровнемер работает по принципу измерения времени между генерацией токового импульса и регистрацией фронта обратной ультразвуковой волны, которая образуется в области пересечения магнитного поля поплавка и волновода.
